Delete Your Account – Limo

This page explains how users can request deletion of their account and associated data for the Limo app by INPUT YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE.

How to request deletion (in-app)

  1. Open the Limo app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account, enter your password and confirm.

If you do not see the Delete Account option, use the contact method below.

How to request deletion (contact)

Email us from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my Limo account” and include your UID (if known):

We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days.

What will be deleted

Deletion includes primary records in our systems. Backups are purged on a rolling basis as described below.

What may be retained

Some data related to your purchases, ads or AI processing may be processed and retained by third parties (e.g., Google Play Billing, AdMob, OpenAI, Google APIs) under their own policies, which we do not control.

Timing

We initiate deletion promptly after validating your request. Primary account and content deletion is typically completed within 7 days. Backup and log retention periods are as noted above.

If you used social login

If you signed in using Google/Apple, you may also need to remove Limo’s access in your Google/Apple account settings.
